These terms and conditions (hereafter “Terms”) govern the purchase of products, services and/or games subscriptions (hereafter “In-app Purchase” and/or “Subscriptions”) from Voodoo mobile games or applications.
By purchasing an In-App Purchase or Subscription from one of Voodoo mobile applications you agree that you are submitting a legally binding offer to conclude a contract and you acknowledge that you are in the legal capacity to conclude such contract or that you have the permission from your parents or a legal guardian to enter into this legal contract.
Please note that the use of Voodoo mobile games or applications that have been downloaded through the Apple AppStore is subject to Apple End User License Agreement.
Subscriptions and In-app purchases are purchased from and billed by Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore and not Voodoo. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple or Google. Voodoo does not have access to the users accounts or transactions. If you wish to confirm the type of subscription that has been purchased from these platforms please consult your account or receipt as each subscription will have a unique billing name.
In-game purchases on mobile devices use the method of payment you have on file in the Apple App Store or Google Play account registered on your device. For more information see Apple’s or Google’s support articles
- No Ads: In App Purchase In most Voodoo’s mobile applications its is possible for users to purchase a feature called “No Ads”. It is expressly provided that this feature intends to stop the display of all advertisings that could interrupt the gaming experience of our users.
Please note that this feature does not affect the possibility for all players to benefit from additional bonuses that can be unlocked by watching « rewarded videos » between levels or games. Such « rewarded videos » are videos that players can choose to watch in order to get something (e.g. double your points, obtain more gems, new skins or avatars, etc.). Because it is the choice of the users to watch these videos or not, the « no ads » feature does not prevent users who have paid to do so in order to obtain more in-games items and bonuses.
-Auto-renewal Subscriptions In some of its mobile applications, Voodoo offers to its users (the “Users”) the possibility to purchase a weekly or monthly subscription (the “Subscription”) after a three-day (3) free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) for a fixed price indicated in the said application (the “Price”) for the purpose of accessing specific services expressly made available by Voodoo for use (the “Subscribed Services”).
Users will be charged the Price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Following the Free Trial Period, the User will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to the Users’ personal iTunes Account.
The User agrees that the Price with respect to the Subscribed Services is final and will not be subject to refund by Voodoo.
Subscriptions are handled by the Apple AppStore or Google Playstore:
Most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
If you cancel during a trial period, you might lose access to content immediately.
If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Except as provided below regarding renewal of the Subscription, Voodoo may cancel, suspend or terminate the access by the User of the Subscribed Services if:
the User fails to comply with the terms ; Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the User; and Voodoo suspects certain event of fraud or misuse.
The Subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless the User withdraws from the Subscription 24-hours before the end of the current week corresponding to the subscription period. If the User does not withdraw, he will be charged for the following Subscription period.
The User may manage directly the automatic renewal by using the functionality provided for in the settings of its iTunes Account.
When the User’s Free Trial Period or the subscription period expires, and provided that he has withdrawn from the Subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable The User acknowledges that Voodoo is not required to provide a refund in the event that there remains any amount in his account. Voodoo will not grant any compensation for unused currency.
